Istv\u00e1n Sikl\u00f3ssy. Today, it is managed in the second generation by Dr. Patrick Sikl\u00f3ssy. He has been active in executive search consulting since 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Our clients are mostly German, medium-sized companies. Our contacts are predominantly owners or managing directors. We are proud of our long-standing business relationships with our clients. More than 80% of our assignments are follow-up assignments from satisfied clients.<\/p>\n<p>Methodologically, we focus on \u201cExecutive Search\u201d \u2014 direct search. By this, we mean a thorough analysis of the market environment, the systematic identification of potential candidates, and the direct and discreet approach of these target individuals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>We aim to remain specialists in the field of individual executive search at all times and consistently act according to the principle: \u201cStick to what you know\u201d \u2014 without exception. For this reason, we are not active in any other area of management consulting.<\/p>\n<p>With the mindset of a tailor, we ask for the specific \u201cmeasurements\u201d of the vacant position for every new search assignment and align our activities accordingly on a project-specific basis.<\/p>\n<p>All of our executive search consultants are permanent employees and have mostly been with our company for many years.
