About Us

The PSP^® Group was founded in 1983 by Dipl.-Psych. István Siklóssy. Today, it is managed in the second generation by Dr. Patrick Siklóssy. He has been active in executive search consulting since 2008.

Our clients are mostly German, medium-sized companies. Our contacts are predominantly owners or managing directors. We are proud of our long-standing business relationships with our clients. More than 80% of our assignments are follow-up assignments from satisfied clients.

Methodologically, we focus on “Executive Search” — direct search. By this, we mean a thorough analysis of the market environment, the systematic identification of potential candidates, and the direct and discreet approach of these target individuals.

We aim to remain specialists in the field of individual executive search at all times and consistently act according to the principle: “Stick to what you know” — without exception. For this reason, we are not active in any other area of management consulting.

With the mindset of a tailor, we ask for the specific “measurements” of the vacant position for every new search assignment and align our activities accordingly on a project-specific basis.

All of our executive search consultants are permanent employees and have mostly been with our company for many years. Their involvement is based on their individual industry-specific knowledge and experience.
