PSP Porges, Siklóssy & Partner GmbH is an owner-managed personnel consultancy focused on the SME sector. We specialize in the search and selection of specialists and executives in Germany.

The PSP® Group was founded in 1983 by Mr. István Siklóssy (Dipl.-Psych.). Today, it is led by the second generation, Dr. Patrick Siklóssy, who has been active in the field of executive search since 2008.
Our clients are primarily medium-sized German enterprises. Our key contacts are predominantly company owners or managing directors. We take pride in our long-standing business relationships with our clients; indeed, over 80% of our assignments are repeat engagements from satisfied customers.
In terms of methodology, we focus on “Executive Search”—specifically, direct recruitment. We define this approach as a thorough analysis of the market landscape, the systematic identification of potential candidates, and the direct, discreet outreach to these target individuals.
In the field of bespoke personnel search, we aim to remain the specialists at all times, adhering strictly—without exception—to the motto: “Stick to what you know.” For this reason, we do not operate in any other area of management consulting.
Approaching our work with the mindset of a bespoke tailor, we identify the specific “measurements” of each vacant position with every new search assignment, tailoring our activities accordingly to the unique requirements of that project.
All our recruitment consultants are permanent employees, and the majority have served our company for many years. Their assignments are determined by their individual, sector-specific knowledge and experience.
