(No) Use of AI

We do not use artificial intelligence to evaluate your application materials. Every incoming application continues to be personally reviewed and assessed by us.

We therefore ask that you exercise restraint in your use of AI models — particularly when crafting your cover letter. Generic, interchangeable texts serve neither you nor us. While artificial intelligence can refine phrasing, structure documents, and save time, it also carries the risk of producing impersonal, boilerplate texts that lack any discernible relevance to the specific position.

In this context, we would also like to make a strong case for the cover letter. Even though cover letters are often no longer explicitly requested these days, they remain for us a crucial basis for evaluating a job application.

We are particularly interested in your answers to the following questions:

  • Why are you seeking a career change?
  • How do your professional skills align with the requirements of the advertised position?
  • Are you willing to relocate or travel?
  • What are your salary expectations?
  • What is your availability, or what is your notice period?

A strong cover letter need be neither lengthy nor phrased with absolute “perfection.” What matters most is that it is personal, coherent, and tailored specifically to the position in question.
