If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may, apart from its storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a member state.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. Data Collection on This Website
Cookies
Our websites use so-called “cookies.” Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your end device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
Cookies may originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies, so-called third-party cookies. Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services provided by third-party companies within websites, e.g. cookies for processing payment services.
Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them, e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos. Other cookies may be used to evaluate user behavior or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions requested by you, e.g. the shopping cart function, or to optimize the website, e.g. cookies for measuring web audiences, are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TDDDG); consent may be revoked at any time.
You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are disabled, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
If further cookies and services are used on this website, you can find this information in this privacy policy.
CookieFirst
Our website uses CookieFirst to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your end device or to the use of certain technologies and to document this in compliance with data protection regulations. The provider of this technology is Digital Data Solutions B.V. (CookieFirst), Plantage Middenlaan 42A, 1018 DH Amsterdam, Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “CookieFirst.”
When you enter our website, a connection is established to CookieFirst’s servers in order to obtain your consent and other declarations regarding cookie use. CookieFirst then stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to assign the consent you have given or its revocation to you. In this process, the IP address (anonymized), the user agent of the browser and operating system, and the URL from which consent was given are processed and integrated into CookieFirst. The data collected in this way is stored until you request that we delete it, delete the CookieFirst cookie yourself, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
CookieFirst transfers personal data to third-party providers. These include CDN from Slovenia, IP geolocation from Romania, and hosting by OHV in Germany and France. CookieFirst has its registered office in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
CookieFirst is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR.

This is a contract required under data protection law, which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this has been requested; consent may be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request that we delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies, e.g. after your inquiry has been fully processed. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
Inquiry by E-mail, Telephone, or Fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, or fax, your inquiry, including all personal data arising from it, such as name and inquiry, will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required under data protection law, which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
8. Handling of Applicant Data
1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data of Active Applicants
Personal data of active applicants is collected, stored, and processed by us as part of the recruitment process only if you actively provide it to us as part of an application.
In this case, we are committed to the fundamental principles of data protection pursuant to Art. 5 GDPR.
This means that personal data is collected only with your express permission (“permission requirement”); collection and storage take place exclusively for the approved purpose (“purpose limitation”); only such data is collected as is necessary for the permitted purpose (“data minimization”); the data is stored on storage media that are protected as effectively as possible against misuse and loss and that comply with statutory requirements (“data security”); the data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the approved purpose or until the data subject withdraws their consent (“storage limitation”).
Specifically, this means:
- We store and process only such data as is necessary for the services offered, their performance, or technical administration. This generally includes your personal details, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, data and documents relating to your professional career, CV, certificates, as well as data and information regarding your career goals, desired position, industry, and salary details, or your company contact details if you contact us as a potential client.
- Data is passed on exclusively within the scope of specific projects and only to authorized persons on the client or applicant side. Applicants are fully informed before each individual disclosure, in particular about the client, contact person, and project, and naturally have the right in each individual case not to consent to the disclosure. No disclosure takes place without your knowledge.
- We do not plan any newsletters or other non-specific e-mail communication with applicants and candidates in the context of which personal data is collected and processed. Should such or comparable communication measures take place in the future, they will be carried out only on the basis of documented consent from the recipient, which may be revoked at any time.
-
Applicant data and applicant communication are generally stored for the duration of the recruitment process and, for reasons of preserving evidence, for up to 18 months after completion of the project. Applicants are expressly informed of this in the confirmation of receipt of their application.
Since most candidates and applicants are interested in professional reorientation beyond specific projects, we assume that you are interested in the permanent storage of your data by us. Even in the case of permanent storage of the data, however, we will delete your data no later than after 24 months or contact you before the expiry of 24 months to ask whether there is still an interest in storing the data and to request an extension of permission.
The period of 24 months is chosen because this is generally the necessary period to be considered in the context of professional reorientation.
2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data in Active Search
In individual cases, we also conduct an active search for potential candidates, including on career networks. The search is carried out only and exclusively in the “publicly accessible area” made available by users of these career networks.
If interesting candidates are identified, initial contact is made. This may take place by telephone, in person, or via a career network.
Already during this initial contact, PSP clearly states its identity and interest, and the candidate has the option of deciding whether they wish to disclose further information to us in addition to any data that may already be publicly accessible.
If a candidate is interested in the position to be filled and/or in cooperating with us, the corresponding job advertisement will be sent to them upon request, and the candidate will be asked to send us their CV. In this e-mail, the candidate is also referred to PSP’s privacy policy on our website.
After receipt of the CV, the procedure described in section 1 applies accordingly.
If a candidate is generally not interested in cooperation, we will of course accept this, and no further contact will be made for the respective project.
Only in exceptional cases, where initial contact with the candidate is not possible, will data be stored or processed without consent. In such cases, we assume that the processing of the data, at least until it has been clarified whether there is interest, is in the interest of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Since it is likewise not possible to inform the candidate at this point, this procedure is made transparent and publicly accessible on the website pursuant to Art. 14 para. 5 lit. b GDPR.
3. Rights of Data Subjects
As the owner of the personal data processed by us, you have extensive rights pursuant to Art. 12 to Art. 23 GDPR. The following rights are particularly relevant to you:
- You may object to the storage of your data and documents at any time, revoke consent already given, and request deletion. In all other respects, deletion of the data is carried out in accordance with statutory provisions.
- Upon request, you will receive information at any time about all personal data we have stored about you, as well as its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data has been disclosed, and the purpose of storage.
- You may at any time have any incorrect or outdated data corrected and/or updated.
- In the event of difficulties, you may contact PSP’s data protection officer to assert the aforementioned rights.
