(No) Use of AI
We do not use artificial intelligence to assess your application documents. Every application we receive continues to be personally reviewed and evaluated by us.
We would therefore like to ask you to use AI models sparingly, particularly when preparing your cover letter. Generic, interchangeable texts are not helpful — neither for you nor for us. Artificial intelligence can improve wording, structure documents, and save time. At the same time, however, there is a risk of impersonal standard texts with no clear reference to the specific position.
In this context, we would also like to make a case for the application cover letter. Even though cover letters are often no longer explicitly requested today, they remain an important basis for us when assessing an application.
Of particular interest to us are answers to the following questions:
- Why would you like to make a professional change?
- How do your professional skills match the requirements of the advertised position?
- Are you willing to relocate or travel?
- What are your salary expectations?
- What is your availability, or how long is your notice period?
A good cover letter does not need to be long or worded particularly “perfectly.” What matters is that it is personal, understandable, and tailored to the respective position.
